Ordering
We have a secure online ordering shopping cart and accept Master Card and Visa. Just click on the buy button next to the item you wish to purchase and follow the directions.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, email me with your order and I will figure out the shipping and email you with the total amount due. When your check clears the bank we will ship out your product by the most cost effective option available to us.

Our Policies

  SierraSnowSoaps is committed to delivering the best care and service we can to you, our customers.  We know and understand every single ingredient in the products we offer for sale.  Shipping charges will be calculated when you complete your order.  If  our product(s), less than 25% used, does not meet your expectations we will refund your money.  We are unable to refund shipping charges.  Authorized returns only can be refunded, please email us at with the reason for your return so that we may make appropriate arrangements.  Refunds will be issued only after we have received the returned product.


Ordering   At this time, customers may order from the secure online shopping cart, or submit an order via e-mail, regular mail, or telephone. Please be sure all payment and shipping information is accurate.  If a shipment is made to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs if the shipment is returned to us .  Sorry, orders cannot be shipped internationally at this time.


Accepted Forms of Payment   SierraSnowSoaps processes credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard) through a secure online server.  No order is processed before SierraSnowSoaps receives full payment.


Payment by Check  For face-to-face transactions, email, or mail orders, we will accept cash, money orders or personal checks.  We accept checks, but checks must clear the customer's bank first before an order is shipped. This may add four to ten business days to the order, in addition to the time it takes for the customer's payment to travel through the mail system.  SierraSnowSoaps may waive this waiting period for known and established customers.


Confirmation of Web Site Orders Once we have received your completed order and encrypted credit card information through our online ordering system we will respond with an e-mail confirmation and receipt for your order. We will confirm the expected shipping date, and advise if there are any unseen delays in fulfillment. As our products are made by hand, there may be the occasional delay in shipping. 


Shipping Shipping will be fulfilled by Priority Mail. Delivery times are dependant on the mail service. Orders placed by local customers will be hand-delivered. Shipping costs  are calculated automatically by the shopping cart for all orders; local customers should mail or email their orders to avoid shipping charges.


Shipments to Multiple Addresses  If a customer wishes to mail an order to more than one address, a separate order must be placed for each address.  Shipping charges will be calculated for each package separately.


Return Policy and Damage Claims Credit for shipping, merchandise, or any charge will not be given for unauthorized returns.  If you believe an error was made with your order, please contact SierraSnowSoaps@charter.net  with the details within seven days of receiving the order .  We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and SierraSnowSoaps is committed to satisfying all of its customers. We want you to be happy with your purchases, and we want you to come back for more!  Remember, our handmade items are all individual and unique; color, size, etc. may not be exactly the same, and this is to be expected. We will do our best to rectify any problems you might have with your order. Your order will be packaged with great care; however, SierraSnowSoaps cannot be held responsible for damage to packages in transit.  


Returned/Refused Packages  If a customer does not claim a package from the shipper after a delivery attempt is made, or if the customer refuses a shipment, and the shipper returns the package(s) to SierraSnowSoaps, the customer is responsible for paying additional actual shipping charges to reship the package. If the customer refuses to pay additional shipping charges, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will receive a refund of the amount of the order (less originally quoted shipping charges). Refunds will be made only after SierraSnowSoaps receives the returned package(s) .

 Business Hours  As a home-based business, the phones and email cannot be monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are sometimes away from the telephone or computer, but we do check in frequently!


Privacy Policy SierraSnowSoaps has respect for the privacy of its customers.  We will not share your personal information. Customer information submitted through the secure shopping cart will be used for processing a customer order and for customer contact.  Customer credit card and personal information is collected using a SSL secured server, for your protection and ours.


Samples  SierraSnowSoaps does not honor requests for free samples. Trial sizes are available for purchase in many products. Sample packages of our soaps and bath and body  items are available for a small fee, please email for information. Orders for samples will include tax and shipping charges as appropriate.
